What’s included?

For every picnic bundle, you will be provided with set up/clean up services, a 2-hour picnic rental, a picnic table with table decor, table mats, eating/drinking utensils, pillows, a rug, blankets, a charcuterie board, drinks, board games, a tripod for fun pictures, music and lots more!

How do I book a picnic?

To request a picnic date simply use my booking section at the bottom of this page and fill in the questionnaire. Soon after reviewing your request, I will reach out to you via text or email, and a non-refundable $30 or $50 deposit (depending on picnic type) will be required to confirm your picnic date, the deposit amount goes towards your picnic price total!

What time can I picnic?

You are more than welcome to schedule a picnic at any available time before dark during the fall/winter season and noon to 5 p.m. during the spring/summer season. After-hours would be available with an additional fee!

Can I leave early?

Yes! If you would like/need to leave before your 2-hour picnic reservation is over make sure to message me via email or text 30 minutes prior so that the picnic is not left unattended.

What local areas can picnics be set up in?

I can set up in Hillsboro, Cornelius, Forest Grove, Gaston, and Beaverton.

What about my food sensitivities?

Please make sure to let me know of any food sensitivities, I want to make sure you can enjoy the yummy delights included in your picnic.

When is the final payment due?

The remaining total for your picnic will be due the day before the picnic, if using Venmo or Pay-Pal please make sure to just send an emoji with the description. For large picnic inquiries, the final payment is to be in cash.

Can I make a last-minute booking?

Yes, there will be times when I may have unexpected openings, feel free to send me a detailed message of what the occasion is and when/where you would like the setup, same-day bookings are not available.

What happens if it rains?

Since we live in Oregon and rain is always around, I will be able to provide a cozy waterproof bubble tent for your lovely picnic or I can plan an indoor picnic at the comfort of your home with no additional cost!
